From our research we found that many villages in West Bengal do not have access to clean drinking water, resulting in many loss of lives. Some homes suffer with no supply of water at all and the people have to walk several kilometers to the next village for supply of water. To enhance the hygiene and living conditions in these villages BIGLIFE started this project of providing tubewells in the villages, as a result many families are now very happy to have made this facility available to them.
